Hors Série N°1 2018….

Welcome, you are the first vintage made by a new team.

Conceived in September 2018 from a blend of Grenache, Cabernet Sauvignon and Carignan to which Syrah was added, you came out of the bottling line on the 21st of January 2019, light and shiny, dressed in your new label.

Your name has been highlighted on the white paper with a focus on the curves of the « C », the « C » of the Domaine de Cazaban. Your capsule has been selected on a matt impression to enhance your elegant line and accompany your light rosé, delicate apricot colour.

We have looked after you carefully from the first days of your adventure and your first cold fining session… which eminent specialists have remembered ! You have gradually released your aromas which, on occasions, you were hiding, contented to rest at a cool temperature of about 18°C during your refining period.

Housed in a new 120hl tank, you have hibernated at cool winter temperatures that we agreed to maintain to preserve your fresh acidity.

Here you are, proudly showing your fresh, clean aromas and precise, mineral style. The period of rest during the first weeks following your bottling refined your balance. You are now ready to dress the most elegant summer tables and enchant all those who are aleady waiting for you.
